BazaMoE is a web and mobile app with USSD project that is a result of collaboration between the Government of Rwanda and ProgressMIH. The project aims at providing a technology platform for the citizens and residents of Rwanda that will help them get access to different ministries’ services.
Complaint MIS for the Ministry of Environment (MoE) is the Management portal to help citizens to make their complaints through the system and get appropriate responses easily and expressly. This is fully operationalized and improved using SMS, Android & IoS, and web based application.
